Uni (Sea Urchin) Sashimi Sea Urchin Sea Urchin.  One of the most expensive and rare sashimi's available.  BC exports almost all of its sea urchin to Japan.  Even if you  have tried Sea Urchin before and think you don't like it, you may want to try it here again, as freshness and preparation can make all the difference with this particular sashimi.
